Product Description

This product is a single-component packaging, composed of water-based resin, pigments, additives, and deionized water.

Product Characteristics

High gloss of the paint film, excellent distinctness of image, and high fullness;

Good weather resistance;

Excellent adhesion; outstanding mechanical properties;

Superior resistance to water, oil, and solvents;

Good salt spray resistance;

Requires baking at 140°C or higher.

Design Purpose

Suitable for products requiring extremely high decorative effects or high corrosion resistance coating.

Mainly applied in the coating of bicycles, electric vehicles, trucks, agricultural vehicles, engineering machinery, and mechanical parts.

Application Instructions
Thinner: Deionized water or clean tap water

Thinner dosage: 10-20%

Application methods: Airless spraying, air spraying.
